Costs
We have done everything we can to help keep the costs down for you. For a share this
close to the mountain and all the nightlife, we think these prices are
very reasonable...plus, you have access to the house during the weekdays
at no extra cost. And, the house is going to have an amazing vibe with
a lot of great people coming up!
2009-2010 Rates (all prices are per person)
Three people per room:
1/4 Share = $700
1/2 Share = $1050
Full Share = $1800
Two people per room:
1/4 Share = $895
1/2 Share = $1350
Full Share = $2300

A $150 non-refundable deposit will hold your space. Full payment must be received by November 15.
A security deposit of $150 is also due at the time your payment is due.
This deposit will be refunded at the end of the season provided that there are no outstanding guest fees due,
no damage and normal utility expenses.
Guest Fees
Guests will be allowed up when accompanied by a share holder. Guests will be charged a per night fee of
$35 for weekday nights (Mon - Thu) and $45 for weekend nights (Fri, Sat & Sun). Guests will be limited to 2 weekends in the house. If
guests need/want to be in the house more weekends than that, then it's only fair that they purchase a share.
Payment
You can pay us by cash, check (please make checks payable to SnowHo Realty Group II, LLC),
or credit card (through PayPal). If paying by cash or credit card, please send two separate payments - one for the share price and one for the $150 security deposit. Let us know what works out best!
